Hippie Pizza
1 pound AP pizza dough
6-7 slices of mozzarella
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup vodka sauce
1/4 cup pesto
1/2 cup fresh mozzarella
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
EVOO
Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
Place dough on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Press out to a large circle.
Lay the mozzarella slices down over the dough, covering almost to the edge.
Starting with the tomato sauce, create a border near the edge with a spoon or piping bag. Then, do the same with the vodka sauce and pesto. Finally add a dollop of vodka sauce to the middle.
Tear the fresh mozzarella and place on top. Sprinkle the kosher salt and oregano over top and drizzle with more extra virgin olive oil.
Bake for 10 minutes until crust is golden brown.
Let the pizza sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
